Think detailed drawings, fine-tuned material selections, and all the behind-the-scenes coordination to ensure every joint, surface, and construction detail meets requirements. Your design gets sharper, smarter, and ready for production.
With the technical specs locked in, we present a full proposal - including pricing, timelines, and scope. You can review, react, and request adjustments. Need to shave a bit off the budget or explore other options? No problem - we have a catalog of proven value engineering ideas that elegantly cut costs without anyone noticing.
When it makes sense, we build full mock-ups or prototypes so you can see, touch, and test the final look and feel. It’s like a dress rehearsal for your design - only with furniture instead of frills. You provide feedback, we make adjustments, and voilà: your stomach is calm and your project confidence goes full speed ahead.
Once approved, we lock in the contract and get rolling on production. We handle everything - manufacturing, logistics, installation, and quality control. You get regular updates, full transparency, and a seamless process. Your architect? Still very much in the loop.
At handover, we will review the finished room with you, take care of any final adjustments, and ensure that everything is in line with the plan. And now you can enjoy the finished result and start operations.
