The name Third.space reflects a powerful concept: the third space, found between the comfort of home and the focus and productivity of work. A place where people slow down, feel safe, and enjoy meaningful experiences—a place of comfort, atmosphere, and belonging.
At Third.space, we translate this concept into reality. We design hotel interiors, restaurants, and offices that go beyond function. Our goal is always to create environments that feel welcoming, personal, and memorable for the people who use them.
Our many years of experience mean that we put ourselves in the end user’s state of mind. This allows us to create the third place that customers dream of when they book that particular hotel, hostel, holiday resort, or similar. Third.space was founded in 2019 through the merger of two established Danish companies under the Lars Larsen Group: Interior Direct and IDdesign Project. Each had years of experience in professional furnishing—but together they became stronger. By combining design, procurement, logistics, and installation under one roof, we created a one-stop-shop furnishing partner for hospitality and business clients across Europe.
Our Danish heritage shapes how we think about interiors: timeless, functional, and human-centered. But we do not limit ourselves to one style. Whether clients dream of Scandinavian simplicity, urban sophistication, or vibrant resort design, we source or produce custom made furniture to bring their vision to life.
